Wenzhou Minor Enterprise Development Promotion Association (named briefly Wen Promotion Association as below) was held, and more than 200 representatives of minor enterprises from our city attended the conference at afternoon in Jar 9th . Wenzhou Municipal People's Friendship Association, Wenzhou International Research and Development Promotion Center and Wenzhou SME Development Promotion Association signed a cooperation memorandum and together established a platform to help the minor enterprises to look for cooperation resources of “the Belt and Road” along the countries (regions). Wenzhou SME Development Promotion Association signed a cooperation agreement with the industry 4.0 and the construction bank Wenzhou branch to provide the resource and found for minor enterprises.

Wenzhou SME Development Promotion Association founded in Sept, 16th 1999, is the first one social group regarding to promote the development of minor enterprises as their own responsibility and contains more than 2000 members at peak time. As a joint organization of minor enterprises in Wenzhou, this Wen Promotion Association still defending the legal interest of minor enterprises, fully assisting to implement the government's support policy and providing various services for minor enterprises lasting for 18years.

It is said that this association established two loan guarantee agencies approved by government, totally provide circulation funds more than 1 billion to help the minor enterprises to solve the difficult of loan, financing and funds. Approved by the Municipal Judicial Bureau, Wenzhou SME Legal Service Center (legal consultant room) has been set up, providing legal consultation for thousands of members free of charge, and solving thousands of disputes. This association also held various training class including holding more than 300 lectures free of charge to help the minor enterprises and enterprisers to promote their quality. Meanwhile this association also organized minor enterprises to visit and participate in economic and trade activities nearly thousand times in the US, Japan, Australia, Europe, Singapore and Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shandong, Liaoning, Henan and other places, to help minor enterprises to explore the market and understand information.

The work of Wen Promotion Conference has been widely praised by the municipal government and the community. It has become a well-known civil society organization in Wenzhou and even the whole country. It has been awarded the title of "China ten reputation model units " and "the innovation service institution of Chinese minor enterprises".

Besides, Wan Jianguo, the general manager of China Bethel Group, Huang Binbin, the general manager of China Jiannan Technology Group, Wan Lianyue, the chairman of Wenzhou Kangning Hospital Limited Company, and Zhang Xiang, the chairman of Zhejiang Haipai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd were elected to the executive president, and there are some person in charge of the listed enterprises among of them.
